To mark the final performance of Ghost in Manchester Paul Downham and Hamza Jahanzeb produced a Fan Book which was presented to Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy and the whole cast.
Consisting of good luck messages and pictures submitted by the fans known as ‘Believers’ of Ghost, Richard and Caissie accepted it backstage on the 14th May 2011.
