This weeks Memorabilia Of The Week is this original signed record advance signed by Dave Stewart, Annie Lennox and Peet Coombes for Borderline. The contract states that upon securing a record contract they would be paid £250 as an advance against their first recording sessions. In real terms that was about £2000 in today’s money.
Although the letter is addressed to Annie, she signed the contract as Ann in 1977.
